Thank you for choosing Roomi! We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Our Roomi water bottles are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 6 months from the date of purchase.
What is Covered: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
What is Not Covered: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from natural disasters or accidents, such as fires. Additionally, it does not apply to:
- The lid or any MagSafe components of the bottle.
- Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, dents, blemishes, rips, and punctures from everyday use.
- Fabric deterioration and fading from prolonged use.
- Defects or damage resulting from:
- Failure to follow the care and use instructions.
- Accidents, abuse, misuse, or neglect.
- Post-purchase modifications or alterations to the product.
If you believe your Roomi bottle has a defect covered by this warranty, please contact our customer support team with your proof of purchase, and we’ll be happy to assist you with the next steps.

Return Policy (Store Voucher)
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All returns will incur a $10 restocking&admin fee.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Damage and wear on the lid, such as that caused by using the Roomi lid as a handle, may result in the lid becoming loose and unable to remain secure - We are not liable for such damage or wear.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Hey Roomi-mates! We’re Tony and Taly, the founders of Roomi, and we’re based in beautiful Melbourne, Australia. Roomi started with a simple question: how can we make hydration more convenient and connected in a world where technology and social experiences are at the heart of everything we do?
As busy people juggling fitness routines, work, travel, and social life, we found ourselves constantly reaching for our phones to capture moments – whether it was a workout video, a family meal, or an impromptu adventure with friends. But it often felt like the tech world and the need for hydration just didn’t fit together. So we decided to create something that would change that.
After countless hours of design, testing, and refining, Roomi was born: a ceramic-lined, MagSafe-enabled water bottle that makes it easy to stay hydrated and connected at the same time. We built Roomi to keep up with our lives – fast-paced, dynamic, and always on the go – while also giving us a way to connect with the world around us.
